If you have forgotten your password, you have a few things you should try before contacting us.


If you or a staff member have not changed your password please follow this step.

If you have no knowledge of changing your password, then it will most likely be the original password you received when you first started studying with us. To find that email please search your inbox for ssc@wananga.ac.nz


If you have changed your password in the past, please follow this step.

If you have changed your password before, then you would have created a secret answer to a question that only you know. You can reset your password yourself by clicking here.


Full Password reset

If you have forgotten the answer to your secret question, then you will need to request a full password reset.
