If you have forgotten your password, you have a few things you should try before contacting us.
If you have no knowledge of changing your password, then it will most likely be the original password you received when you first started studying with us.
Your student ID is a unique number that belongs to you as a student and you should have received this in the post with your welcome letter.
If you do not know what your student ID is, in the first instance please freephone 0508 92 62 64 and ask to speak to someone about your Student ID.
You can ask to be forwarded on to an administrator who should be able to help you find any information related to your enrolment at Awanuiārangi.
Please note that you will be asked to confirm your identity when calling or contacting us.
Also note that if you are a returning student, then your password will remain the same as in previous years.
If you have changed your password before, then you would have created a secret answer to a question that only you know. You can reset your password yourself by clicking here.
**Remember, your user name is your student email address.

Full password reset
If you have forgotten the answer to your secret question, then you will need to request a full password reset.
A full password reset involves calling, emailing or lodging a support ticket with us.
As soon as we have received your request, we will forward it on to the relevant department to have it actioned. This may take a little time to process, and you will be notified as soon as your password has been reset.
