Your username and password are created automatically after your enrolment process is finalised.  

 

New Students 

All students receive their username and password once their enrolment is completed. 

You will receive this through email. Please check your inbox (or spam folder) and search for email from [email protected]. If you have do not find the email, it is likely your enrolment is incomplete. Please contact your Academic Administrator as soon as possible. 


If you have your username and password

If you do have your username and password and are experiencing login issues, please contact the helpdesk using the following format: 


  • Your full name 

  • Student ID (if known) 

  • Description of the issue you are experiencing

Existing Students 

If you are an existing student and cannot access eWānanga, it is likely that your account is 'locked out'. This can occur when an incorrect username and/or password is used during loginwhen there has been a change of enrolment, or an old password is saved in your internet browser. Please update your password in your web browser to avoid further lockouts.
