How to Record a Presentation in PowerPoint

For PowerPoint 365 / 2021 / 2019

  1. Open your presentation in PowerPoint.
  2. Go to the Slide Show tab.
  3. Click Record Slide Show:
    • Choose From Beginning or From Current Slide.
  4. The recording window will open with options to:
    • Start/Stop recording
    • Enable/disable camera and microphone
    • Draw or annotate on slides
