There are several ways to use the eWānanga Helpdesk. This page will show you some of this things you can do.

Searching for a knowledgebase (KB) article

A knowledgebase is a self-serve online library of information about a product, service, department, or topic. You can search our knowledgebase very easily.

  1. Start typing your search into the smart search box at the top of the page
  2. As you type your search, you will see that suggestions are made automagically!

  3. Click the KB article that best describes the subject you are searching for. Simple :)


Request support from our team

If you can't find what you are looking for in our knowledgebase, then you can ask us for help by submitting a support ticket.

  1. Click the link at the top of the page that says "New Support Ticket"
  2. Fill the ticket in with your details and click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page. You will hear back from us!

Check your ticket status

If you are logged in you will see a link at the top of the page that says "Check Ticket Status". Clicking this link should show you all your current tickets as well as their open and pending statuses. You can view and edit tickets here or respond to your tickets via email.


Call us from your mobile phone

Clicking our freephone number from your mobile phone should initiate a call to us without you having to type it in. Magic :)
