A help system (sometimes called a help file) is a documentation component of a software program that explains the features of the program and helps the user understand its capabilities. 


Searching for help

Before requesting for help from our team, please search our knowledge base for help.

  1. Start typing your search into the search box.
  2. As you type your search, you will see that suggestions are made automatically.

  3. Click the suggestion most that suits you.


Request support from our team

If you can't find what you are looking for in our knowledgebase, then you can ask us for help by submitting a New Support Ticket.

  1. Click the link at the top of the page that says "New Support Ticket"
  2. Fill the ticket in with your details and click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page. 



Check your ticket status

If you are logged in you will see a link at the top of the page that says "Check Ticket Status". Clicking this link should show you all your current tickets as well as their open and pending statuses. You can view and edit tickets here or respond to your tickets via email.
