What is the purpose of a help desk?
A help desk is the first point of contact for customers and employees alike. Customers need answers and the help desk is where they turn. When employees need someone to troubleshoot a printer, upgrade security on a laptop, or give them access to a new system, it's the help desk to the rescue.

Searching for help
Before requesting help from our team, try searching our knowledge base help files first.

- Start typing your search into the search box.
As you type your search, you will see that suggestions are made automatically.
Click the suggestion most that suits you.

Request support from our team
If you can't find what you are looking for in our knowledge base, ask us for help by submitting a New Support Ticket.

- Click the link at the top of the page that says "New Support Ticket"
- Fill the ticket in with your details, tick the check box to confirm you are Not a robot and click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page.

Check your ticket status
If you are logged in you will see a link at the top of the page that says "Check Ticket Status". Clicking this link should show you all your current tickets as well as their open and pending statuses. You can view and edit tickets here or respond to your tickets via email.
