To obtain help from the eWānanga team you will need to fill out a form.  When you click SUBMIT we are notified that you have requested assistance and we will reach out to continue the conversation.  To complete a ticket:


1. Click the link at the top of the page that says "New Support Ticket"

 



2. Fill the ticket in with your details.  Then select the enquiry type: eWānanga Query




3. Select the issue or query that you have.

 


4. Provide as much information as you can.



5. Take a screenshot if applicable and confirm you are not a robot.

  Click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page. You will hear back from a member of our eWānanga team.
